Looks like the heavy hitters are getting a piece of the action.

Will Andrews v. Principi and Irwiin v. Dept. of Veterans Affairs be overturned?

Argument begins in October.

I understand that.

It is sad to be aware of what lengths the VA will go to deprive veterans of benefits.

Most of today's vets had volunteered to go into the Armed Forces. Wasn't that hard. Take a physical, sign some papers, off to Basic training.

I do apologize for what the vets have to go through after service. Take a exit exam, back to civilian life, maybe thank you for your service, but delay or deny what pain that you have put your body through to serve.

Well I always believe that they were try to change the VA system.

I hate to say it but there are to many veterans that return home from Afghanistan with injury's.

They don't want to pay it ain't that hard to see.

An as long as veterans go with there program nothing is going to stop it.

Contractor exams get rid of VA hospital all the other bull they are trying to pull

I have never seen this many case taken by the high court that will change how the VA adjudicated benfits.

I could be wrong but this is my opinion
