0 Whodat
That doesn't make any sense at all. Too long. Is it a single or multiple appeals? If it's a single one which really shouldn't matter, seems like BVA try to knock that out very quickly, however if it's multiple, they probably take their sweet little time. There is no rhyme or reason why VA/BVA do what they do. My appeal is for a single condition an EED. Already have a favorable medical opinion that points to VAMC medical records that my original award missed, and the VARO completely ignored it and the BVA is taking their sweet time. My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions. Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up. I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.
