BoonDoc
As for Arkansas. The DAV plates are available if one is 100% SC or TDIU. I got the form on this when I received my decision from the RO granting IU Bill The VA gave me a form to take to the revenue office, I got the DV tag...what's the difference between DV and DAV...I'm 100% T&P showed then my DOD ID with DAVPRM on the back...still cost me 3.75 per auto...did I get the correct tags? HadIt.com Elder Commander Bob Posted February 12, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted February 12, 2010 ...what's the difference between DV and DAV... DV is the abbreviation for Disabled Veteran. DAV is a U.S. Congressionally chartered veterans service organization called the "Disabled American Veterans", established by a group of disabled WWI vets.
