Wow I'm Lucky
I was sleeping pretty hard but was lucky enough to hear my phone ring just an hour ago. It was my local Bay Pines VA Medical Center. An actual human being named Jean, called to say I have an appointment scheduled at 1:00 tomorrow 12-20-07, for a C&P examination. If I had not gotten that phone call I would NOT have known about this C&P examanation appointment because I HAVE NOT YET BEEN NOTIFIED BY MAIL of the appointment. Now I HAD been notified by mail, of two other appointments I have at Bay Pines VA Medical Center, one at 9:00 and one at 10:30, (which are some regular appointments) on the same day. I guess the letter from VA to notify me of the C&P e…

I posted on 29th November about the C&P my friend had and that the C&P doc said she was sending a note to my friend's Primary doc. She had him go down to X-ray for a look at his lungs during the exam. It showed a pleural effusion. Which he has had since 2005. Well the 3rd of Dec. he received a frantic call from his health buddy nurse.(he was given a terminal to hook up at home (called health buddy),and everyday he puts in his BP, weight, and answers different question, then the nurse at the VAMC checks to see how he is doing etc.) Anyway the nurse asks him about his breathing, edema and so on and says the C&P doc was very disturbed by the fact that he had no…

Requesting C-file
i was calling 1-800-827-1000, to contact my VARO in Albuquerque. Speaking to a counselor was no loner a choice (it used to be 6, i think). Any ways, i just didn't enter a choice and it told me my call would be answered by veterans benefit counselor. The lady was in oakland, california. hmmmm. anyways she told me to fill a VA form 21-4138 and fax it to Albq and she gave me the number. She also told me to fax it attention: privacy act. is this the same as a FOIA request? If not should I sned a FOIA request or a VA form 21-4138? Why did someone in oakland answer my call?

Nod To The Amc Or
Will appreciate any comment: can it be possible that the AMC - Decision Makers may order and or request a complete new set of instructions and actions to the c&p examiners, I meant going over the BVA remand Orders? 1. Also, I sent a soc response - to the bva soon after the VARO sent my case to the BVA. I request the board to allow me to re-characterize and perfect my appeal on 3 issues, The BVA did not response to my (soc) as I could corroborated all 3 issues descriptions where the same as they were with the VARO. 2. The BVA favorably weight in on a 2003 IME OPINION, but they did not do the same for another and newer 2004 ME, IMO - NEXUS OPINION this for my cer…
