ptsd Ptsd Or Ptsd W/mst Ever Cured?
Just curious, once diagnosed, when does PTSD or PTSD w/MST no longer exist? Not a medical person here, but guessing a basic response would say these are manageable medical conditions. Dont have DSM IV data here yet.

Hello Again Help Needed Va Claim
Hello: I was here before conderning a VA malpractice claim where they did a valve replacement and cut my cartoid artery resulting in significant blood loss before they noticed it. I have been in contact with the VA attorney and they are reviewing the case, (couple months) Saturday I received a letter from that attorney saying that the doctor who made the error is not a VA employee! What should I do?? Thanks in advance

Just did C & Ps for hearing + tininitis, bilateral neuropathy(feet), DM-II upgrade from 20% to ??? My Freedom of Info looks good for hearing + tininitis (any idea what % that draws?), hypertension & assoc heart disease as 2ndary to DM-II, and--at long last--PN also associated with diabetes. Meniere's Disease
I am new here and I am hopeing to find a kindred soul. I am currently rated 60% for Meniere's disease and have just reqested an increase. I am sick (Vertigo) almost daily with this disease. I currently take a diruretic, valium and phenegen (sp) for the attacks of vertigo. I am to the point where my VA ENT specalist says to take the valium everyday. I am curious has anyone requested an increase and what is the likelyhood of getting it? I have not worked for over two years as a result of this disease and I don't drive anymore. I rarely leave my house and then only if I have valium with me. I included my most recent VA ENT specialist review along with the h…

Combat Veteran Claim Question
I was wondering how to claim something that I cannot find in my military med-records. In Iraq I started suffering from overactive bladder. I complained to the clinic and they told me it was because of the increased amount of water I was drinking. I do not have any records from the clinic. When I got back from Iraq I went on my 2 weeks of leave and then seperated from the military 2 weeks after that. I was unable to secure an appointment before I sperated. I now see a private doctor and recieve medication for this problem. Is there any way to try and claim this or is it a lost cause? Thanks in advance.

Form To Rate My Claim
I think that you have all the evidence you need in your claim already and might consider using the VA Form that tells the rater to rate with the evidence that they have. This is going to delay your claim. What form do I use to rate my claim? I have told the rater about 5 times to rate my claim with no success. What SPECIAL FORM DO I NEED? Thanks, Josephine

Doctors Credentials
Does anyone know if the VA accepts doctors credentials from other countries without having to be certified in the states when they get to the hospital they are going to work at? I've scoured the internet for this psychiatrists medical certification. The only thing I came up with was a denial for examiner in Georgia by their medical board for that state. Also his credentials just don't show up for any state. It worries me because of course I go to Marion VA and this guy left right before all that stuff happened. No explanation, they wouldn't say why he left. I know that they were investigating all that stuff before they let it out on the news, maybe he saw it coming and l…
