So I understand the claim process for IU I need to ask you what this means from Iris. Status of claim has been routed to VBA ----- office, comp & pension group. Also what does VBA mean. Chapter 35
Hello all! I have a C & P on Wednesday for some conditions related to my service connected disability. When I get service connected for additional disabilities does this entitle me to chapter 35 benefits. I think that there was a time limit on them when I was first service connected. Thanks, Bill

ptsd Nam Vet With Er Services Covered Under "millennium Act"?
My husband is waitng for his service connected disability rating. We have no income, he has no health insurance. We have been selling off assetts to live.(This is not a complaint,just a fact of life) He has been treated for severe PTSD at the VA for the last 2 years. His claim is over 2 years old at this point. Should be decided soon as all info is before rating board now. Question: Conflict with a neighbor, police called, husband had mental breakdown, police enacted the "Baker Act" (under this act:instead of jail, police take him to the ER then Mental Hospital for evaluation). My name is Elliott, On my final physical the doctor stated that I have border line hypertension after 3 readings, but on my VA physical after discharge my blood pressure was normal and did not manifiest until a year later. how can I get the VA to pay me disability for this, I have been and currently are on blood pressure medication.

Threw My Hat In Ring Again?
Well folks, after much research and decision making Im doing it again! I thought the scars were just healing but the opportunity and evidence is there for the taking, and I just couldent resist. I have filed for reevaluation under Title 38- section 6205 which covers me for Merniers disease. A very Impressive military Doctor (Major and a specialist) determined that the MRI and the tests he gave me created a diagnosis for Merniers disease. Gall Bladder Cancer Service Connected
Men and women- I got the most wonderful email this AM from a member who I helped at the old hadit board-2 years ? ago--- She just received a DIC award. The award stated that the conditions at death were cancer of peritonium and gallbladder-and The gallbladder cancer was due to Agent Orange. Medical Conditionss As Seconday To
What to ask if you think what is happing to me is normal. I suffere ffrom derression (mood disorder not otherwise specified). The problems that I am starting to deveelop at various degress is insomia, IBS, anxiety and to a lesser degree panic symptoms. Depending on how bad these conditons are effecting me, would this be a legit claim as secondary to depression? Thanks. jecsb4
