ptsd My Ptsd Primarcy Clinician
Tuesday I had a appointment with my DOC after about 45 minutes of me unloading on him he apologized to me about three times for the crap that has happened to me and none of it was his fault. I have been raising hell about Segregating Veterans for sometime now, and if you dont know what I am talking about clink on the link in this sentance. I have went around and around with numerous people at the VAMC about this issue and feel that I fall into this category, and have been denied. Thats another story and I dont care anymore. I have written my congressman, my two senators, and all of the Senators who sit on the U.S. Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs. I even have a…

Heaing Aids
Hey Brothers And Sisters, I went to my local VA Hospital today to pick up my Hearing Aids. Boy was I scared and excited at the same time. I am 45 years old and have not heard normally for over 20 years. It has gotten to the point that my wife and I constantly arguee about her not speaking loud enough or the TV beign too loud. This is not even to mention that I can't hear other people in Church, etc. The first thing I did this afternoon was go to see her. In all of the 7 years that we have been together, I have never heard all of the tones of her voice; what a beautiful voice she has. While we were standing there, she pointed out that the birds were chirping. …

C&P Doctor set me up with a MRI. My Mri was done on Monday 5/14/07. I picked up my Radiological interpertation yesterday. The impression is 1. ptsd At Least Likely Or Not
We are waiting on the dicission on the appeal of My Brothers PTSD, which she said she would be willing to give him 70% plus P&T. But we have other medical conditions to file and we have so far Two HMO Doctors stating " At least Likely as not" for two other conditions. Question is should we file these if they give him 100% and would they consider an HMO DR. saying at least likely as not. I see Betrayed is 290% what does this all mean, you can only get paid for a 100%. We are waiting for 3 more doctors and he will be going to a pulmnary specialist so that would be another Dr. Thanks is advance for your answers. JohnM's Wife Dianne

diabetes Ao Vets Retro And
I have posted info on the Nehmer Court Order many times before but a local AO vet I am helping has an issue that made me realise- the Nehmer Court Order is still in force and I sure hope these vet lawyers will comprehend the significance of it- Beverly Nehmer is widow of a AO veteran and the Nehmer Decision was the most important VA legislation -in my opinion-in decades. Basically- the 1991 court order was won by NVLSP and it provided special effective date rules for AO veterans that faill into the specific categories as defined in the Nehmer Stipulation and Court Order. VA however, "failed to re-open" claims denied prior to 1991 and that were part of the class…

News On The Sarin
Gas May Have Harmed Troops, Scientists Say By IAN URBINA Published: May 17, 2007 WASHINGTON, May 16 — "Scientists working with the Defense Department have found evidence that a low-level exposure to sarin nerve gas — the kind experienced by more than 100,000 American troops in the Persian Gulf war of 1991 — could have caused lasting brain deficits in former service members. Though the results are preliminary, the study is notable for being financed by the federal government and for being the first to make use of a detailed analysis of sarin exposure performed by the Pentagon, based on wind patterns and plume size. The report, to be published in the June issue of…
