Getting Decision
My claims are with the final rater who is making the actual decision. I don't know whether to prepare for more battle or to prepare for a proper award. They are deciding 6 issues- 2 claims can be rendered moot by proper AO death award.2 are Cue claims and one is a claim I filed in 2003 that has never received any decision at all. There is no reg that can award the claim- it is an unusual claim. ptsd Va Policy For Preferential Treatment At Ptsd C&p Exam
The first question my VA C&P examiner asked me was "do you know anybody important in the military or the VA?" is this their policy or did I just have a screwed up examiner who only gives a crap about her career? Because that has nothing to do with my health or condition.

Why Offer Voc Rehab/education For 100% P&t
Hi, voc rehab/higher education seems to be a contradiction (if a vet is 100% P&T why is voc rehab even offered?) Plus, what is the situation with the education? I no longer work, disability retired, 100% P&T (asthma and multiple sclerosis), however, earning a Masters degree (I have my B.A.)from online AMU is of interest. Any thoughts or insight would be appreciated. Thanks, H.G

Due to the complexity of the appeals process, there is no time frame on appeals. You will be notified by mail upon completion. SO,2 Years,3 mo. for DRO Decisions???on EED back 15 years!

Remand Overflow
My remand has been with the AMC for 17 months now, everytime I call for a status I get the same canned answer: (Your claim is ready to be rated and was put in the overflow room or box) Does anyone know what this means?
