Insurance And S/c Condition
Did something change? I go to my local VA med center ONLY for my s/c condtion. Everything else is taken care of by my HMO which is close to home. In the last month the VA has gone back and billed my insuranc for a years worth of vistits and test. I have called the VA and they said there is some kind of coding problem. Anyway I am concerned that I am going to loose the little insurance that I do have and the VA is no where near where I live so I like to convience of the HMO. Ideas? What can I do to protect myself? Preliminary Appeal Draft
The VA examiners fails to mention and correlate competent medical evidence provided by qualified individuals as well as well as statements contained in authoritative writings such medical and scientific articles or analyses. The information contained within the evidence impeached and contradicts, by known facts, the examiner’s review. Therefore, the information far exceeds the 38CFR 3.102 under the reasonable doubt doctrine. In Dr. Rene Camacho Cordoba’s report and Dr. Reynold´s competent opinion there is sufficient positive scientific evidence for this claim that brings substantial doubt within the range of possibility as distinguished from Dr. Mosier´s statement of …

diabetes 100%
i HAVE BEEN LOOKING INTO THIS, BUT CANNOT FIND A ANSWER, how does that 10 year rule work so that your 100% is suppose to be protected, so your wife can get DIC, if you have your 10 years in, then you can die of anything, and she is suppose to get it, but less then 10, then has to be from a service-connected disease or injury, that much i understand. But in my case a little different. I was 70% for PTSD with TDIU P&T, from May of 1998 (trying for a eed FOR THAT TOO) then on Dec. 16, 2003 I got 100% scheduler P&T, so does the 10 year rule for me start in 1998, which I feel it should, or did the VA screw me after raising my PTSD, with panic disorder and agoraphobi…

ptsd Wrongful Case Denial?
in 1998 I filed a claim for PTSD. In 2002, after 4 years and 2 C&P exams they finally granted service connection. However in 2005 they severed the service connection claiming "clear and erroneous error". This claim had been in effect for 7 years since the service connection had been back dated to 1998. The reasons they have claimed is that there is no "diagnoses" of PTSD or major depression in my service records although they admit that at least one mental health progress note states that I was treated for depression and that I was hospitalized in 1992 for emotional problems one year after leaving service. I have records showing I have been under constant psych …

Visit With So Today, He Wants Nexus Letter To File...
According to my SO a Nexus letter is required to file a claim connecting to a SC already diagnosed. This was in reference to start a new claim or wait till the BVA makes a decision on my present claim. I offered new information to submit, but he contends when BVA has your claim you wait, What does the forum say. I am so P/O right now , the claim has been to DC EYES, and back to home office where it has sat for 15 months, is something wrong?? Thanks to All, Mike.

ptsd Incompetent Nso
Just recieved a copy of the rebuttel/argument that my NSO has sent to the BVA, it's awful. First of all, the NSO contradicts the C&P evualation by saying that It's negative for PTSD, but actually the C&P confirmed a diagnosis of PTSD. Secondly, this idot says that I have multiple mental conditions. I've only been diagnosed for chronic PTSD for over 8 years by the VA. Can I send a correction (my own) to the BVA on these issues?
