C&p In My Favor, Still Denied.
Taking the Awsome advice of my brilliant veteran peers, I requested and recieved a copy of my c-file. I had not known I could get copies of C&P exams so I had none. Well, my last C&P was for depression secondary to SC undiagnosed fatigue. The examiner felt I had/have signifacant cognitive dissorder due to brain trauma in service. He diagnosed "rule out cognative disorder" and major depressive disorder secondary to cognative disorder. He gave me a GAF of 38. Then he wrote that he has asked for neuropsych testing for a more quantative answer to losses and he would have to put an adendum on this report. The "rule out" part. He says in this report that if the t…

Sent In Cue Claim
Dear Fellow Veterans & Friends I finnely sent in my CUE claim for retro pay for 16 years. Only once in 26 years have I had the VA rule on the merits of my claim. All other rulings by the VA and Court has been challenges to my right to be there in the first place. OR they destroyed the evidence so I could not get a fair review. Latter on the VA always used the argument. I need new and material eveidence to re open my claim. I think on CUE they cant use any of the normal challenges they use to keep from having to reveiw the merits of my claim. Either I have a CUE or not and that will have to be the issue they rule on. I know in the past the VA had absolut…

The Anthrax Vaccine: New Questions, Weak Data
The anthrax vaccine: New questions, weak data BY BOB EVANS Daily Press (Newport News, Va.) Posted on Fri, Dec. 09, 2005 NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Pentagon never told Congress about more than 20,000 hospitalizations involving troops who'd taken the anthrax vaccine, despite repeated promises that such cases would be publicly disclosed. Instead, a parade of generals and Defense Department officials told Congress and the public that fewer than 100 people were hospitalized or became seriously ill after receiving the shot from 1998 through 2000. They also showed Congress written policies that required public reports to be filed for hospitalizations, serious illnes…

diabetes Help Need Sleep Apnea(s) S/c/s To Ptsd
SLEEP APNEA: Millions of Americans are robbed of a good night’s rest by sleep apnea, an often over looked condition that causes people to stop breathing for short periods while asleep. It can happen 40 times a night, sometimes awakening victims from deep sleep. Initially, sleep apnea is not harmful. However, it can cause serious problems left untreated, including heart disease and stroke. It is as common as adult diabetes. Doctors estimate that about 12 million Americans are affected by it. The majority of cases are never diagnosed. Men over 40 are more likely to have it, but it can affect anyone at any age. Some studies have shown that a family history of sleep apnea…

ptsd P&t ?
Greetings Comrades, I'm 80 percent for PTSD and TDIU with P&T. I have 3 more rated disabilities. I have been scheduled for another PTSD C&P. It's an 'outside the VA' hired gun again. This examiner has examined me twice before. One negative opinion and one favorable opinion. The negative opinion was penned without an examination of the vets records. The positive opinion came after the same examiner READ THE FILES. Basically, the examiner could not have given a valid opinion the first time because my records were not reviewed prior to the examination. By the VA standards that we all know and trust, the first exam does not count. The second exam doe…
