This week my claim moved to Pending Decision Approval after 13 months; hopefully, it will move a lot sooner now. My claim was submitted Dec 2010.

How can i ask VA to rate my claim? It has been in Pending for Decision phase since Sep 2011.

I have dealt with Pittsburgh office since Jul 2011; they try very hard to answer questions. IMO...they have limited access to information. I would really like to know; "why my claim is in Preparation for Decision phase since Sep 2011?"
