  1. Georgiapapa, Thanks again for the encouragement and info. My phycolagist and my psychiatrist both talked to my wife over the phone. She hates going to the VA as much as I do. Mabe even more LOL. She's just glad that i gave in and admitted that mabe there's something going on with me. She is affraid to get in the car with me and has even threatened to jump out because of my angry driving. I have a hard time dealing with stupid people!!!!!! LOL I just stay at the house as much as i can. As far as the pain management or physical theropy i Cant' do what they try to do to me. The last time i cryed like a baby so he stopped. I don't know anymore!! I just have to keep my job going and take care of my family. Thanks so much, Eric
  2. Thanks Georgiapapa. I thought i saw something like that in a DBQ but wasn't sure if this ment anything especially the GAF score thing. Been trying to get my mind straight because it's driving my wife crazy also with my mood swings and depression. The phyc's at the va have been very helpful and are working with me to try to get me back to the way i use to be. It's just this damn pain everyday can and will get to you. I just don't want my family to get hurt by my actions both at home and at work. Anyway, thanks for the insight. Eric

  7. Thanks Ohio I'll check with my vso and see what's up.
  8. That's clear as mud!! HA, HA !! So it should be combined now that my right knee was service connect as secondary to my left knee?? And if so can i just ask for a reconsideration on this issue? Would that be the best way to handle this?
  9. Have'nt seen the c&p yet but would'nt it make sence that the c&p doc connected the dots so to speak to get the knee service connected in the first place?
  10. Glad it worked for you also!! She is something else. Still can't believe things move that quickly when she is involved. Take care, Eric
  11. This is what my va doctor e-mailed back this afternoon (diagnosis will be lumbar radiculopathy.) Would this be considered a diagnoses? It's from her va secure message system!
  12. My doctor at the va sent me this e-mail back today (you were referred to neurosurgery in past, you cancelled it, You have disc protusion, which could be cause of your leg pain & numbness, Are you interested in surgery, otherwise will refer for pain management) I told her that everyone for some reason or another has to at some time cancel an appointment. I told her that i needed a clinical diagnoses for my leg pain and numbness for the va to rate. I'll see what she comes back with i guess and then make plans for plan B.
  13. Just secure messaged my va doc and asked her if she would refer me to someone that could find out what is making the pain and numbness go down both my legs. Waiting to see what she replies back with. I guess this is a possible solution to this problem without going out of house(VA) to get a diagnoses.
  14. The new knee rateing was a secondary condition to the left knee and back issues. The c&p doc had to say that the primary conditions caused the right knee to go bad or they would have denied me again for that reason like they did 3 years ago. Which is another thing i don't understand. How come they now say that my right knee is connected to my left knee and back and 3 years agoit wasn't? The only difference is the c&p docs.
  15. It's great to see changes happening within the system. I know personally because Ms Hickey got the ball rolling for me after 19 months of gathering evidence and lost SMR that were'nt really lost to begin with. Hope thing work out for you also. Keep up the fight!!! Eric
  16. No. Just got the right knee service connected staurday. They finally service connected it after denying me three years ago.
  17. Thanks Brokensoldier, I'm going to secure message my doc today and ask to see someone to help diagnose these pains. I can do this within a year and still send the ro the evidence and keep my claim date right?
  18. Berta Have you been diagnosed for and established SC for the right L2/L3 radiculopathies already? No just the back and both knees. Was this MRI regarding a secondary claim you filed ? No, just a routine MRI for the pain in my back from my va doc. Was there any more to the C & P as to VA's request that a corrolation statement made? The c&p was done thru QTC so no copy and i assume was just for my back and knee. Should i get my va doc to refer me to someone that can diagnose this. If yes who should i ask to see?
  19. Did'nt state anything but 10% for right knee and 40% total.
  20. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. Iwas recently denied for a claim for bilateral lower extremity lumbar radiculopathy. They said in my desicion that and i quote (the medical evidence of record fails to show that this disability has been clinically diagnosed). What does that mean? I thought i had this one in the bag. Check this out. This is what they said in my MRI: At L2 L3 there is a right paracentral and foraminal disc protrusion with extrusion and mild superior migration, producing narrowing of the right lateral recess and posterior displacement of the right L3 nerve root. Protrusion contacts and produce mild displacement of the a right L2 nerve root within the neural foramen. Impression: 1. L2 L3 right paracentral and foraminal disc protrusion with extrusion and mild superior migration, producing mild displacement of the right L2 nerve within the neural foramen and the right L3 nerve within the lateral recess. Please correlate clinically for right L2 and/or L3 radiculopathies Would'nt that be a diagnoses? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Eric
  21. I just recieved service connection on my right knee in connection with my bad back and bad left knee. My BBE did not state that this would make both of my knees eligible for a bilateral rating. Would this be the case or not? How could I tell if they granted it? Thanks in advance, Eric
  22. Check this out.
