I have been battling this for 40 years, the majority with no help for 30+ years

that decision is from the DRO, not the BVA...

The depression started in the service I was trreated for 5 months in the service, I was discharged honorably. I have had no NSC's......All the doctors Are va phsyciatrists and psychologists and they all say that my depression is and has been SC'd since 1969.......

Well I offered to send the decision to berta via email, but I guess that doesn't cut it... Lots of people could help....I understand......But I am hesitant about everybody seeing my personal stuff here...Even though they have helped before......I need help but I don't want the whole friggin world to see my info... and no, I got no hearing from the DRO..... I understand that. I already had the BVA agree with me and they said in the BVA decison that they have been wrong about denying me since 1969. THe VA has been wrong in denying me for the past 40 years....I am so pissed about this I can't even see straight...I will not give up until this lying, adversarial, bunch of jerks live up to their responsibilities......

Yeah, I understand that...The biggest issue is the VA has been screwing me for 40 years.....And I will not let that slide.....

I even have the IMO's from VA doctors.....

That is more than likely the case...I also have a cognotive disorder that limits my understanding of the VA system. I don't understand what they tell me and I don't understand how to respond..... what would you need to see to help me with this.....The latest decision came Saturday......I can't figure this out..I don't know what I am doing wrong and the VSO's both the DAV and the Americam legion don't seem to work for me properly either.....I keep trying....This all started with a discharge (honorable and being treated in the hospital for such for 5 month's while in the service and fighting with the Va for the past 40 years)

Ok, for the second time I was denied IU again and told to take my claim to the BVA...Why does the VA keep doing this. I haven't been able to work since 2001 and was retired for the same medical issues by SSD.. I can't understand this.......Tnx RSG

I seem to remember reading somewhere that there is some kind of form that forces the VA to process this faster if there are health issues that may make you pass soon...Is that true, I also read that there are way's to sue the DAV if they have lost ,funds for you, if they screwed up..... They Kept agreeing with the VA all these years..... Is that true or am I just dreaming...... OK, now I understand thanks Berta.... RSG

Yes you could, the shellfish, and the fish were shown to have contaminents, see some of the documentation listed on the listed on the websites below, If I remember correctly they did not start cleaning it up till 95 or 98..... It tells you more than I can,, But yes you could, just my opinion.....and if you fished in the north west section of the Island, Be concerned....
