my claim was not in appeal 39 years, it has been consistently been denied by every RO and DAV office I have ever been too, and that is at least 8 of them.

My claim has been consistently been denied for 39 years.Thru every RO I have been to and DAV didn't listen either, so I took it upon myself and with the help of the Hadit folks we won. It's been in and out of the BVA for at least a year and a half.

yes, I am glad!!!! extremely happy, Hardly know how to act.The judge just tore the RO's decision to pieces in this decision. He just ripped them to pieces.

Yes the VA did and does know, States that in the decision from the BVA judge. I don't understand the TDIU thing though. It's been there at the BVA awhile, lost track. How do I file the TDIU?

Hey Folks, I am really jacked up today. I finally heard from The BVA yesterday. My service connection was granted clear back to april of 1969 by the BVA judge. 39 freakin years I've fought these jerks. I don't know anything about the percentages cause they didn't say.And BTW thanks to all you people for your support. Still need a little advice as to where I go from here.What do I need to do now. Do I need to fill out any more VA forms, or do I just sit and wait for a raters decision. Being unemployable for five years now with SSD should make a big diference in the raters decisions, is that correct or am I blowin smoke. Well,folks I finally called BVA to find out the status of my claim. They said a decision had been made, but the sent it to the wrong address AGAIN! nor would they tell me anything about it. SOooooooooooo, I just sit's and waits some more. Did anybody hear what happened with Josephine's claim? Thanks

Hi Betty, Well I'm in Cincinnati right now, and the only thing I can tell you is that they said the complexity of my case said it required more review. THere was nothing to sign. Well, got another letter from BVA, put me on the back burner again. Called BVA. they said they'd call me back never did, Talked to Carol, or one of the other two ladies, can't remember. REALLY gettin bummed about this whole deal. Gist of the letter is, My case is too complex. It may take much more time. STALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Tactic. AGAIN. Ron

Thank you, Right now calming down, is not in my vocabulary. I did answer rentalguy's questions, I sent him the last letter, I just received. I am just getting jacked around by these jerks and I realize that. But I have been fighting this for 39 years, not 1 not 2 not 3, But 39. I know I am right, I have the Imo's to prove date time place and nexus. Plus every other type of documentation they could possibly require. Dis proving any conception they could possibly have about some erroneuos condition that they think I had. I am just really angry, Maybe I'll calm down later. Sorry, Need to vent. Now I am really angry. The dang AMC in washington, did not even look at the "new and Material Evidence" and sent It back to the BVA without even looking at it. they didn't even give me the full 60 days to provide my new evidence. Man, I am really, really angry. Where do I go from here. How do I get this claim to go to court right now? Ron G

Hang In there, I've been suffering from this depression thing for 39 years now. Nothing has worked for me either. I have tried it all, i have tried all the drugs the VA has provided, and it just makes things worse. I imagine if I drank alcohol, or some other street drug I'd be dead by now. So don't do that. Doesn't work either. Ron

Yeah, and they had me on them too Betty, But you know that already, Kicked me out depression agitated, 400 mg of thorazine a day for 4 mos. and something else too. Can't remember that one. But you know to I'll end up in the same situation as you have. Ron G

i think I would be hitting somebody up for a correct C&P exam.Almost sounds and looks like one of their stall tactics. I would also be a bit irritated with this. There area specific criteria for each of those things, PTSD/Mental/Mood Disorders, as well as eating disorders. Each is different. The C&P exams have to follow certain criteria for each. I am sorry to hear that they did that to you. Ron

I signed it, with no hesitation. I hate what the VA and the service is doing to our newer Vets. One way or another we will straighten out their act. Ron

Hi Jan, Some of the illnesses caused by chemical exposure are as follows: Diabetes Type II, And all issues that can be associated with that. Neurotoxins- Nerve/Brain damage. Lead- brain damage Pah's/Pcb's Dioxins, furans- cancer, diabetes, nerve and brain issues. asbesto's- lung cancer, I can get you a full list if you wish. I have 3 or 4 hundred pages of documentation already. Those are just a few. right off the top of my head. I also have the documents of the Island show the different areas of TI that where affected. THERE ARE LISTS SHOWING what has been found and certified that it's been found. The old barracks area was built right on top of the old ammo bunkers, Lots of weird stuff there. As well as all the old world's fair buildings and waste. Ron

I already submitted a post about this. I already submitted on that and was denied. I made a post a few weeks ago about this. My claim was denied. They said I didn't prove exposure. I have about 200 to 300 pages of evidence I have already collected and submitted for this with reference to this. If anybody needs any info, I've been working on it 4 years now.Take a look at the poll I posted about three weeks ago, Treasure Island Chemical exposure. Ron
