  1. Hi carlie, I have not seen a decision from the DRO on DEC. 8, 2010 what do you mean.....They raised it prior to dec. it was a couple of month's ago...I have requested a copy of my c-file a number of times so I can see what's going on and I keep getting put off. They won't send one.. ron
  2. Hi Berta, No I have not won my Cue yet. I did however accquire my 100%. I filed the CUE only a couple of months ago, I needed to wait till the 100% came thru. And apparently the issue with actually denying me outpatient care is in my file in black and white....I just wanted to know if it is Illegal for them to do that? especially when my service was completely honorable.... Tnx
  3. OK, this is how it is. I have proven that the VA has been wrong about my claim from "69". Both my original decision from 2009 granting my service connection for 70% and my most recent decision for IU (100%) was granted also. There is now no doubt that the VA has been wrong and lying about my claim for the past 40 years....I want to say also that the VA did illeagl things with refrence to my claim. They denied me any outpatient care from the first decision in "69"... They have been doing nothing but lying and feeding BS to me for this 40 yrs. time....How can they deny me outpatient care when I served honorably have an honorable discharge? Isn't that illegal? This situation with the denial of outpaitient care is specifically, I feel, what caused all the mental and physical issues I have now....What Can I do about this.....The CUE was submitted a couple months ago..... Tnx
  4. Can anybody tell me what the VA's protocols and or procedures are for a CUE claim process? tnx, RSG
  5. Yep, I understand that...Very well.......They accusasions of a pre-existing condition ran rampant for a lot of years, until that myth was displaced permenantly...Find a whatever it takes to dispell the story they came up with that they can not dispute.........
  6. Man, All I can say is I'm sorry you're having all those issues..I may have just stuck my foot in my mouth with filing my CUE, I have been fighting these jerks since "69" trying to get them to admit their error.... and I apologize John999 I just get weirded out pretty bad occasionally......RSG
  7. All I can say Is I definitely understand bizzare deials, and I can sympathize......Bizzare from the word GO!!
  8. I guess that answers the question or quote "NORM" that the VA uses, if the answers given are not what the VA wants them to be, they are just rejected.... It seems that with documented evidence of GAF scores of 40 or below consistently, for years and all that goes with documented years of evidence, that the VA would have to use that testing for reference when deciding claims.....Especially if it was a valid (ACTUAL) test...But , I guess that is why the VA shrink Rated it out of the "NORM"....cause it was not valid in her eyes.....
  9. I have taken two of these MMPI tests... In both case given By a C&P examiner....I scored so far out of the "NORM" that niether could be rated.....Should those be included in any correspondence with reference to My claim for IU.... Tnx
  10. Can't seem to get the links to work, I need to try to read this.....tnx
  11. I understand....The first time my body was damaged by the VAMC, I did not know there was even an option available for torte claims. I was never told, but I guess that's my fault for not knowing......The VAMC may have damaged me the first time with their surgery practices, but I will not let that happen again....Right now it doesn't matter if it takes five or ten years to reslove. It's the principle of letting them get away with this kind mistreatment to vets...I am not in it for anything more than proving they did wrong AGAIN....!!!!!!!
  12. Can anybody tell me how a torte claim with the VAMC is supposed to work and what you need to have to file one..... tnx
  13. I understand that to be the case, but it will take years and years to ever have the the GOV. admit there was a problem, if it would happen at all.....Somebody with real pull would certianly go along way in resolving those issues...But I really don't think anybody cares that much, yet...... I found out all the info I submitted a couple years ago and submitted it here and this is as far as it has gotton....
  14. This doesn't surprise me at all, Seems like iot will take forever for the people to get really involved in these issues, and get them resolved. They will be somehow shoved under the carpet.......
  15. What if the freakin VSO doesn't even have a copy of my c-file and they are trying to win my claim without it. what a joke., I found that out a few days ago.....I have requested a new copy three times just to check info they have against my original file and nobody has ever gotten me a copy. and yeah I have requested it in writing with the proper forms......Sounds a little fishy to me.....Sounds like they are out to try to mess with me again.....I am really getting angry with these people.......
  16. Hi, I read someplace, I think, that the DAV can be sued if they have lost monetary compensation for a veteren. Is that true?..I think I read it in the DAV bylaws...... RSG
  17. ALLAN, I spent a lot of time there in "A" school, and a lot of time in the barracks, studying etc. Months. months and months...I have diabetes, insulin dependent, neuropathy, soft tissue stuff that I accquired when i was 35, at least that's when I found out...I am aware that A.O. was used there. that is what I feel my diabetes came from.. I started passing out while in school for no apparant reason.....I figured it was high blood sugar later....nobody ever checked, even me, I didn't know what was up.... I went to the BVA with all the evidence already with my claim, but dropped it, and pursed the immediate issues I had....l.So I think the BVA and the VA knows, if they already put it in my file....The Northwest end of the Island where the barracks were (Site 12), is now covered in concrete, I think the radiation area was on the east side of the island, but I don't remember without looking it up again. I would like to see that article on the water supply and the offshore testing. You must be refering to project SHAD........Tnx RSG
  18. Try not to worry to much, that's just the way the VA operates...I've been waitin 40 years to get this organization to do things the correct way......You will get it it just takes time.....Sorry........
  19. If anyone needs paper documentation, I have a binder full...Let me know and I will scan and email it to you.....
  20. Seems like Most VAMC's have triage psyhc a few days a week.....Emergency situations seem to achieve faster results in obtaining a PCP quicker....Experience.....
  21. Can anybody tell me what Obama's comments about PTSD are and what changes are going to be made, and how it will affect our veterans benefits.... TNX, RSG
  22. Hi Berta, Yeah, I'm tryin to get those 3 decisions off the other computer.....Yuck....... Can't scan the originals either. Not till programs reinstalled.......Shoot.......Oh well, few more day's isn't gonna kill me now, I hope..... But, thank you.....RSG
  23. Thanks for the links folks, my other computer died and I am having a bit of trouble getting everything workin....LOL I appreciate the help...RSG
