AND i CAN PICK HIM OUT TO THIS DAY AND MY DRILL SARGENT AND MY BARRACKS SARGENT, HE IS THE ONE THAT TOLD ME TO FORGET ABOUT IT "SOLDIER", AND GET BACK IN YOUR BUNK!!, i AM NOW SEEING A PCHYSCHIATRIST AND HE HAS ME ON MEDS AND I HAVE SUFFERED 2 MAJOR HEART ATTACKS DUE TO THIS PERSON I AM NOW 57 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT A RELATION SHIP I DO HAVE A FEW LIKE 1-2 FRIENDS THAT I HAVE TOLD, BUT NO ONE ELSE AND IT IS REALLY STARING TO TAKE IT'S TOLL ON ME FOR SURE BUT THANKS FOR LISTENING, LOMA LINDA- BILL

How do I follow up on this and get a C&P exam or do I need one or do I tell my Primary I want IU based on my PTSD? Bill

Hi Jbasser, what is a IU status? I have like 15 issues and need them to be service connected I am on aid and attendance, I have Hodgikns Disease went thru chemo at the VAMC also seeing a DR for PTSD and on meds for that what else must I do Please Help Bill

Pete- This is Loma Linda Bill I got a denial letter today for loss of creative organ for edd and also i filed for loss of use of my right hand due to Neuropathy from the chemo I recieved back in 2006 at the VAMC in Vegas, I am now in california, and on Aid and attendance and seeing a Dr. and on meds for PTSD/MST all denied I do not know what else to do anymore can you let me know what you think? Tankerjoe, this is Loma Linda Bill and I am doing the same thing you are doing and if you find out anything let me know okay, I have several claims in PTSD, EED, MST, Loss of use of my right hand, I have Hodgkins and am wheelchairbound, ands still waiting to hear from someone. I am dealing with the DAV in San Dieago, and I do not like them at all.Please,let me know what you find out and I will do the same in return. Bill

pete, this is loma linda bill and I have a claim in for PTSD seeing a dr at the VAMC, on meds for it also seeing a sexual counslor once a week and still have not had a c&p exam should I ask for one I have the DAV representing me can you give me any feedback? Thanks, Bill

I sure hope you are right I have a VAMC Dr. I was seeing and I want to go to the patient advocate, but I am a nurse as well, and I think it will start some rebuttal, but who knows, but I do not like the fact that he puts down, patients seems to be or have drug seeking behavior, any input ? Bill

No apply for Aid & Attendance with house bound benifiets and who do you work with If it is the DAV they have a way of doing the filing the claim for it and you can even call them in your jurisdication okay keep me posted...... Bill

This is Loma Linda Bill here I wish I knew which form to use I need one myself, and I will talk to the Patient Advocate at Loma Linda but she is so busy you have to set up an appointment and I can not get in to see her till may3rd, but I will wait because my PCP is not documenting things so I can file my claim right.

I got it in the service from all the c-rations, they all had cigarettes in them and the guys would traid them around all the time remember?

John- this is loma linda bill- and i have a question, i have ptsd and my dr. is at loma lina and he put me on meds but how do i get a c&p exam? there at the VAMC or elsewhere and who puts it in????? I am lost help if you can, Bill

Is your claim in washington or your local regional office if your c-file is in washington it will delay the claim Loma Linda Bill
