Hi just thought I'd tell you a good story I applied for AO related stage 4 lung cancer on 5/22/07 and as of 6?22?07 my rating in 100% for the primary lung cancer with 100% each for adrenal cancer and brain cancer wow 30 days no exam

Pete - what is SMC?

Rich - I'm confused, there's a pay rate scale higher than 100%? What's with the alphabet soup?

SMC is a special monthly compensation based on loss of use. Itis controlled by an alphabet system such as SMC-K. You can look it up at the Va web site, Compensation rates.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

Congrats I am glad to see that the system does work sometimes, with cancer you didn't need to fight these people for months or years. Now kick that cancers azz.....

2905 sounds high...perhaps you did get some SMC after all.
