If you have dependents since VA started you out at over 30 % SC, you are also entitled to that in retro also Be sure to file a 21-686c ASAP if this applies to you. You can also request that any and all co-pays you've made for health care or RX's meds, that were provided due to the now SC'd condition, be returned to you. carlie Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
