RSG
In my decision from BVA, The judge say's there was a clear and unmistakeable error. Plain as the nose on your face, where do I go from here, with that comment from the judge, do I have reason to pursue a CUE. RSG

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted March 5, 2009 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 5, 2009 RSG You must have a CUE. The only thing I would warn about is the wording of your CUE claim. You want to get it exactly right.
