Question

In my decision from BVA, The judge say's there was a clear and unmistakeable error. Plain as the nose on your face,

where do I go from here, with that comment from the judge, do I have reason to pursue a CUE.

RSG, can tyou post the content. If the Judge says you have a cue, who is to argue. You can file a cue claim at any time.

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

You must have a CUE. The only thing I would warn about is the wording of your CUE claim. You want to get it exactly right.

Sure- a CUE must have a monetary gain to the vet and involves retro $$$$$.

I would go for that baby in a heart beat if the judge said it.

we need to know more- can you post the docket number and citation number?

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
