Veterans with SC flat feet have successfully been awarded TDIU due to the secondary conditions that flat feet can cause- to ankle, knee, hip and back.

Did the VA send you the TDIU form 21-8940 or did you apply for TDIU yourself.

When you reached the 70% is that what triggered them to send the form to you?

I feel, based on what you told us here, this could be valid bases for TDIU award specially with the private doc statement.

Did the private doc follow the IMO guideline here at hadit and give VA a full medical rationale as to why your SCs prevent you from working?

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

I did not know that VA rated 70% for flat feet but like Berta and Betty said see no reason why you should not get it with the info you have.

Good Luck

Main thing is that you are not able to work

Veterans deserve real choice for their health care.

My feet were not rated 70% they were 30% but nexus to other parts like knees, hips, back etc total is 70%. the feet cause the other parts to have problems and are included in the vs decision. I files not only for my feet but knees, back etc.

I feel that you will succeed very soon. Are you getting SSDi for your SC conditions?

J

A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect.

A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served.

Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.
