You are now eligible for all (except dental) medical care and RX's with no co-pays. You may also be entitled to a property tax deduction in the state you reside. Be sure to check your state benefits. http://www.military.com/benefits/veteran-b...efits-directory Even if the DAV put down your spouse - you need to file the VA Form 21-686c that Larry posted for you. Also be sure to sign it and send in certified copies of anything the form requests. Do it ASAP so dependent pays starts ASAP. If you have kids or dependent parents they go on there too. Also, if you made co-pays on treatment or meds for what is now service connected you can call finance and re-coup that money.
