Where Can I Get A Commissary Id?

I live in Birmingham Alabama, can anyone tell me where the nearest facility that issue commissary ID to me?

Lets see Fort benning is closer so is Fort McPherson and Fort Rucker Ala navy bases in Florda Fort Gordon there are dozens of places closer than Fort Bragg in North Carolina hell why not go to Fort Sill or the repo depot at San Diego and make a vacation out of it

If a person were a survivor of a sc vet and has DIC can that person get a commisary card?

That is an excel ant question I wish I had the answer but I suspect it is no as a DIC would not be the sponsor

Don't think national guard or reserve will do commissary cards only id cards for unit members & dependents. Besy way to go is Redstone Arsonal in Huntsville or the air force base in mongomery. Call before you go to find out hours.

NG units "will" do cards, if they have the equipment.
