*Bergie*
Last year I spent sometime helping a OIF/OEF buddy prepare a NOD and request a DRO Hearing, that was held Oct 2009. He just called me and he got cervical SC'd at 20 percent and Migraines at 30 percent. I believe this will increase his current 50 percent SC to 70 percent. I think the effective date will be May 2007, so doing some quick math I think his retro will be around 16 K. If anyone is willing to do the math for me, please let me know what his total percentage will be now with the additional SC'd amounts. Here's a list of what needs to be figured. He had: 7 at 10 % each (along with a bunch of zeros) now he has been granted a 20% and a 30 %. Please let me know what his new total will be. Thanks. carlie Carlie, You've helped so many battle the VARO, myself included. You always seem to come through with this reg or that reg when a question is posted here. Everyone including me thanks you for all you do and all you've done. But, I would like to ask is there ANYTHING myself or anyone can do for YOU. Just ask, Bergie
HadIt.com Elder Pete53 Posted April 2, 2010 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 2, 2010 When you help a Veteran and they win the feeling is fantastic. Whren I see a Veteran Post on Hadit that they won it makes my day and I am happy. When a Veteran wins on Hadit and they stay to help other Veterans I really feel good. I really think that of I had not tried to help other Veterans my life would be a lot emptier. Over the years I have seen many miracles and I feel deeply in my heart that Veterans who come here get a lot more than technical help they make friends and learn to be social and for some they learn to trust other human beings. Carlie you are one of the gems that come to Hadit and selfishly help others. Thank you for helping a Veteran. Now if he is not working he needs TDIU
Berta
Carlie -this is GREAT news. I agree with Pete- every victory here makes my whole day brighter! And Yes he might be eligible for TDIU consideration.
