How Many People Are Waiting On Appeal?

How many people are waiting on appeal, and how long has your appeal been pending for an answer of approved or denied?

I am in month 5.

Appeal sent in about Novemember 2009, with help of my VSO.

Remanded Sept 2008 answered November 2008 at rating board in pending status since Jan 2010 and still no answer.

Maybe the wait time is regional, I have no clue, but would also be nice if people stated a location, maybe by state... no need to be real specific, if you don't want to..

I have no desire to gather info, just wonder if these longs waits are in some states but not others..

I filed my claim in Dec 2002 final appeal was heard at BVA on Feb 4 2009 award letter April 7 money on June 4 2009 almost 7 years

You had a long go of it, Testvet. For me, ... this claim was filed a couple of years ago. In appeal, just over one year. Still waiting... I am willing to wait as long as it takes.
