I am not sure but if it applies to you when you get the paper at the end of the year for goodness sakes make triple sure you fill it out and get a delivery signature on it and keep copies. A freind of mine living overseas did everything right but the last part (signature) had a heck of time getting his benfits back to 100% Congradulations take the pack off and rest for a while..
