Some much needed relief as you said you can got some breathing room as you wait for the next decisions. Are you unemployed as a result of your service connected disability? If so you need to talk to a service officer at a service organization about filing a claim for total disability and individual unemployability and an appealing the 90% rating. HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted February 27, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted February 27, 2011 I was 80% when I got another 60% and it only got me to 90%. That's VA math for you. If I was not working I sure would go for TDIU. Not many with 90% can work especially if they have chronic pain and take pills.
