After running the complete gambit our daughter won her SSDI claim. Her lawyer quit a 1 1/2

years ago .I LOVE THAT-no money to pay out= She finished by representing herself.

They will go back to when she graduated.SS also stated shes been disabled since birth.

The problems are= JOINTS (they are continuing to weaken and ligament stretching) ,SPINA BIFIDA,LIFTING- standing-and SITTING RESTRICTIONS= WEIGHT LIMITS=ALSO UPPER NECK -headaches skin disorders AND THE list GoES ON. so NOW THE va FORMS HAVE BEEN FILED ALSO.SS INSISTED ON IT.Now Ill work on the GUAM contamination. The interesting question was when the hearing judge ask if she could crawl on her knees? She said Im sorry I told you before =Im not like normal kids -my knees are on the inside of my legs.So now there working on SSI she can collect some of that as long as you dont go over $700.00 on ssdi,Then she will get some from the wifes ss also besides the $504.00 from being my child.

How can a 20 year old get SSD if they don't have enough quarters worked? Are we talking about SSI? Do the parents win SSD for their child? I don't know how that works? Is this all related to an AO birth defect claim? Does the VA pay for all spina bifida expense?

The SSDI comes off my SSDI as would the childs benefits if there father was dead.Then they also will get a credit off there mothers social security check. and if the funds arnt *700.00

or so they would be elegible for some SSI dollars.

Thats what we are working on now the VA. In guam we were exposed to many chemicles ITS NOW A MATTER TO GET THE VA TO ADMIT IT>

I had HBP and started renal failure before I got out in 1971. IHD IS in the final stages after my board of appeals hearing .
