Ebenefits

so i logged onto ebenefits site,, looked for a few days, and nothing about my claim, and or stuff i submitted or appointments i have kept so far. Is this normal or am i hoping against hope using this site, and just wait for paper trail from v.a. to come in snail mail?

The only info I can give you about ebenefits is from my personal experience.

My info on the sight was not updated for a year. I found out by contacting

ebenefits, that it depends on your RO. They are the ones that update the sight

with your information. If your RO is slow in updating your information, then you

have no other choice but to wait. IMO ebenefits is a dud, because it depends on the

very ones that I backlogged....RO!

I have 3 claims pending, and only 1 shows up on E- benefits. E- benefits are always behind.
