They have been overruled by BVA twice in my case, lost my medical records, failed to process 7 separate requests for a file update and failed to even have my records on hand when I finally got a travel board hearing after traveling all the way from China. I have pretty much lost all faith in them.

The DAV located downstairs in the Regional office is incredibly responsive even if overworked.

I have rating of 100% ser/con. for ten yearsP&T,Chicago still shows me rated at 60%. I get 100% payment each month , but I can't get them to get there paper work straight. Been trying for 8 years, still nothing get done.Its the biggest mess in the whole VA System,they just don't give a crap.
