Charleese
Hi all, Hubby, finally got his official letter from VA granting hiim TDIU P&T. We are so elated. This was a long haul. VSO was no help, I had to do it all for hubby. Retro goes back to 2009 date of filing TDIU. Hubby took POA away from VSO on Tuesday because hubby is required to wear a Brace and VSO did not pursue it with VA (2011 C&P specifically states he is required to wear Brace), ED was denied and nexus letter for ED dated in 2009 was never used by VA, even though VSO was aware of this letter, hubby was not given C&P exams for his lower back and hypertensive heart condition. Hubby called VA Tuesday to let them know he didn't get exams for lower back and hypertensive heart condition. Letter came today and VA called today giving him dates for C&P exams for July 7th & July 14th. However we are just glad that he was rated TDIU. We can now see light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks in advance for your replies.
Berta
Fantastic news Charleese!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

The stories can be harrowing to read; they were challenging to live. Remember that each story taught me something I would need once I found my purpose, and my purpose was and is HadIt.com Veterans.
