HadIt.com Elder john999 Posted August 19, 2011 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 19, 2011 I live in Florida and the VA sent my pain meds to Maine. They swore I came in and changed my address. I got upset because I had to make a trip to the VAMC and spend a day arguing with them. I got the drugs but it really bugged me. If I got to the pharmacy it takes two hours to get the pills because they do some sort of special checking for narcotic meds. They are probably trying to figure out how to steal them. COOL BREEZE
I was recently in the emergency room where they offered me morphine for pain. I declined. However when I got a copy of the notes in the mail(always get a copy for every visit) it stated they gave me morphine. I wonder if this was a typo or if someone kept it?
