The VCS will be going before the 9th Distrcit Court to argue in our favor for out rights tomorrow at 12:30 PM in San Francisco. This is open to the public. They will be arguing the follwoing points.

You're right, he wasn't very positive. The chief judge in this case dissented in the first trail now it looks like he will kill the whole thing. It would not surprise me if there wasn't some political BS going on behind the scenes.The VA knows if we win what this will do to them.
