Congrats on your success. John999 and Berta have very

good advice.

Read and heed the knowledgeable advice here on Hadit.

Have your claim complete with medical evidence, and you will succeed.

It's your claim and ultimately, your responsibility. And, never give up.

Well got the brown letter today, I got 100 %service connected. Thanks for all the help on this site. This 100 % was just from one condition thats cronic.

It does say that Ill have a examination in the future do to the fact its cronic and may get better,

My IU was not aproved do to no support that I cant work.but becouse of my 100% its moot.

Does this mean I can earn money? I have not filled for SSI, For everyones info my RO was Manchester NH and on the 22nd it would be 9 months. Thanks

usmc1979,

Congrats on getting some positive adjudication.

Keep in mind that SSI is income limited and being in receipt of VA comp at 100%

will blow you out of the water for SSI.

You probably meant to post SSDI - which is different and is not income limited.

Two quick questions - that may help others here.

You posted "servere dizzyness do to exposure"

1) What does the rating decision state in the Reasons and Bases Section as to the official

medical terminology for your condition ?

2) What does it state the exposure was to ?

Congrats again and thanks if you can post a response for these two questions.

Congrats USMC, I am currently rated at 10 percent for dizziness as well. You mind letting me see what all you put down and what they sent you. I am currently appealing for an increase but I haven't heard anything form them in almost a year.
