if so how was your out come trying to find out if my lawyer is doing this the wright way never seen and claims go at Eric K Shinseki

she,

Whomever happens to hold the position of Secretary Of Veterans Affairs

is listed as the Appellee, in VA court cases for appeal.

This is very normal and for now Shinseki is the name that appears on all the court cases

for VA claims appeals at the court level.
