HadIt.com Elder jbasser Posted August 10, 2012 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted August 10, 2012 Keep up the good work Terry. J A Veteran is a person who served this country. Treat them with respect. A Disabled Veteran is a person who served this country and bears the scars of that service regardless of when or where they served. Treat them with the upmost respect. I do. Rejection is not a sign of failure. Failure is not an option, Medical opinions and evidence wins claims. Trust in others is a virtue but you take the T out of Trust and you are left with Rust so be wise about who you are dealing with.

DOMINIPINO
Friend of mine, in country Viet Nam vet, never wanted to file a claim, no health problems. Long story short, he had open heart surgery in Ann Arbor by the VA. Triple bypass, etc. He filed his claim and got 10%. I explained to him the process used by the VA called LOW BALLING. Well we got busy and the envelope came with his new rating. 80% with 50% rating for PTSD plus some smaller ratings. Now it's time to file for TDIU. I consider this win a victory for our HADIT family as this board gives us the knowledge we need to help our veteran family. Thanks to you all. Terry what does TDIU stand for?
