I already receive 20% VA disability. My current goal is to earn 100% TDIU from my various health ailments that began during the Army. I left the US Postal Service on disability in November 2010. I've been on SSDI since May 2011 and on FERS OPM disability since June 2012. My "older" claims are currently with a law firm from Maine and they have in place a hearing scheduled for me in the next 6-8 months before the VA judge, but I have several more pending claims before the VA and they have not decided on.
Also, I need some assistance on getting a doctor referral so I can get a brain scan, so I can add the findings to my VA claims file...Help?. I requested my C-file again from the military so I'm waiting on that to arrive. I'm thinking to use the Ellis Clinic In Okla City and/or Health Information Services in Houston for my IME.
