This is WONDERFUL!

And Rick (Computer Tech) made such a good point that many of us can relate to.

It is hard to put down the weapons when the battle is over.

I found myself still thinking about gathering more evidence, .for weeks after my DMII AO death claim was awarded. That claim was the longest ordeal I had with VA and I could not believe it was over.

And sometimes depression sets in a little....and the fatigue hits us. .

I even read here once , after a vet won, he said 'Now what do I do?'

Because he could get up every morning without thinking about what more evidence he could get and when the VA would finally and properly resolve his issues.

Claims become an emotional battle as well as a medical and legal one.

This is great news and I hope you can RELAX and enjoy your victory.

GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University !

When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief

Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was

simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we."

Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.

On 5 Nov my claim showed complete. As I scrolled down to find out more info I was shocked and surprised to find I was rated at 100 % P/T. I am very happy but it still seems surreal. Good luck to everyone else waiting for theirs claims and appeals to get completed.

Nice to read of your positive adjudication.

I don't know how far back your effective date goes back

but you might get a sizable retroactive deposit / check.

Be sure to check out all additional benefits to include state,

Ch35, life insurance, etc . . .

Carlie passed away in November 2015 she is missed.
