meghp0405 Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 I'm not so sure I would just write off the disabilities that were dropped off your rating. If you have medical documentation that still supports your disability, then I would submit an NOD. Is what puzzles me the most by reviewing what you posted is that you have radiculopathy in your lower extremities, which in some veterans will cause knee instability to a certain degree.
