I would think, if VA says there is improvement after that appt....( C & P exam) that your private doc might well be able to prepare a good IMO,maybe at a reasonable fee,if there is no likelihood of improvement. He would need a copy of te C & P exam and would need to give a strong medical rationale. Not the time to worry about that however........in my opinion. GRADUATE !
