Jeffersonrl68
All I know 1st hand how frustrating the system can be.....after 14yrs of fighting rated 50% for Sleep Apnea. Highly recommend using Dr. Bash(he's a beast when its comes to exams/writing these nexus letters!!!) Also giving a huge shout out to my Sleep Apnea Doctor.. Dr. Riad Dakheel MD, FCCP, FASSM. It maybe hard to believe but I am NOT bitter toward the VA because at the end of the day A LOT of those guys are Veterans just like us who unfortunately are caught up in the 'POLTICS' and RED TAPE!!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!!!! SERVED PROUDLY.....PROUDLY SERVING!!!!!!
aggie54
Congrats on your award. Enjoy, I also have sleep apnea, something I wouldn't want for my worst enemy, which I don't have, but since you have it just take care and enjoy your win. Berta
Yes, this is great news and what you said about VA is true......I bet many of the good people who work at ROs ( are there are some good ones) are as frustrated as we are with the system....and many sure are vets too. But a 14 year long fight???? that is awful and your post reveals how a strong IMO can overcome VA BS. Dr. Bash....... he is wonderful and did two great IMOs for me years ago. He has been on many of our SVR radio show podcasts here too. Vync and Jeffersonrl68 2 GRADUATE ! Nov 2nd 2007 American Military University ! When thousands of Americans faced annihilation in the 1800s Chief Osceola's response to his people, the Seminoles, was simply "They(the US Army)have guns, but so do we." Sameo to us -They (VA) have 38 CFR ,38 USC, and M21-1- but so do we.
