Hello Veterans I need help understanding my health record conditions that i have been dealing after i joined the Corps in 1999 and got out in 2003. I filed for claim after i got out of the Corps but was denied due to no medical evidence. I then got engaged and had a GF and a daughter. I started to have problems at jobs kept getting laid off/fired. I finally got a VSO to help me with my claim and submitted to the St. Petersburg RO back in March of 2014. I believe my Pshych Doc at the Va has diagnosed me with PTSD and Schizophrenia. I was in awful MVA on base as i was checking out of the Corps Active Duty and went to the hospital I put a request to get my SMR from all the bases i went to duty for. . Please let me know if you need more information.

cperez,

If you don't get a C&P it maybe that there going to expedite your claim, you should be hearing some thing soon!

Hang in there and if you haven't already go file for your SSDI.

The VA Could give you a 100% rating. makes SSDI easier to get.

if things don't go good for you(if denied) File NOD AND COME BACK IN HERE ASK QUESTIONS.

Good Luck
