My boyfriend (prior Marine) and I went to Denny's for breakfast. We plan to go to Chili's for dinner and the AMC theater is showing Fury the movie for free as well. Oh and I got my free starbucks coffee too!!!

FYI I agree with JOHN above! Ask every where you go for a Veteran/Military Discount. We went to dinner last night and brought our service dog with us. The manager gave us 10% off our bill. I always ask - my boyfriend doesn't want to but I do....

Oh and Buffalo Wild Wings always gives 10% off your bill!

I went to Starbucks and got the free coffee, but the lines were too long in the restaurants. (TGIF's, Golden Corral), so I paid for the meal elsewhere. There is a large Base in my town so "free" meal restaurants were packed on Veterans day.
