Is anyone else having a long time waiting for IRIS to respond to a request for a status of their claim/appeal?

My intentions are to help, my advice maybe wrong, be your own advocate and know what is in your C-File and the 38 CFR that governs your disabilities and conditions.

Do your own homework. No one knows the veteran’s symptoms like the veteran. Never Give Up.

I do not give my consent for anyone to view my personal VA records.

I hear you. I have been waiting for seven months for a letter from the regional office in St. Petersburg, Florida. I had my bva hearing back in April 2014, and got the brown envelope, July 2014 and still waiting to hear something from the VA. My patience has gotten thin now. My appeal is online bva decisions. Wow, will I get a answer soon?

Timeline

November 2008 Appeal started

April 2014 BVA hearing

July 2014 Received brown envelope/ won appeal

February 2015 Still waiting on regional office to send me my award letter

Can someone help me out. What is my recourse?

I tried ebenefits website to get papers, what a waste of time! I was hoping to get some SOC's. just total b.s.

Not in appeals, since I got 100%, and some of it was winning an 1151 negligence, which the VA turns out does not give ful benefits if you win 1151 negligence they squirm and legal loophhole you and your family out of many benefits, really crapp nasty bunch running the va benefits, they wil backstab and scre wyou even if you win you lose. May 2021.

Yes, I sent them an email a month ago and still waiting! Funny that I get a auto response stating I should have a response in 5 business days.. with the VA you need to multiply that 5 days by 10, and your real answer is 50 business days.
