Question

I was actually just scolded for letting the schools VA rep get the syllabus for my classes and working with him send them to the VA. She said that it was my job and she does not like that. She said it is problem solving and I needed to show her I can. Are they serious! Are we to be treated like children who don't know how the world works. How can I filed a complaint or do they just not care. I promise you that if they keep this up I will tell her where she can stick it.

A very angry

Diver.

I don’t know what her problem is. All I know is that I am fighting hard to be able to work but the more of this crap that happens the more I want to turn in paperwork for TDUI and just not have to mess with it anymore. I have been thinking about putting in for TDUI and using the schooling as a backup sense I’m sure TDUI will be denied.

Dealing w/VocRehab can be a pain. They sent my stuff to an old address(from yrs ago because she was too lazy to check the current address) and then reamed me, about not returning the paperwork. Her main problem was that she had a claim and it was not going well. I spent about 45min - hour explaining how she could win her claim and by then her attitude had changed.

Myself, I would wait until I wasn't working and then apply for TDIU. jmo
