0 Moderator broncovet Posted March 14, 2015 Moderator Share Posted March 14, 2015 If you dispute the denials, then file a "Notice of Disagreement", most likely ask for a DRO review or DRO hearing.
0 free_spirit_etc
ranger11bv, You will need to file a NOD, as bronchovet indicated. How you appeal would depend on what evidence they already have and what reasons they gave you for denying your claims.
0 diver
Also keep going to get more evidence from your doctor. Any time I get denied and I don't agree I set as many appointments as I can for more evidence. Doing this has gotten me to my 90%. just don't forget your 1 year limit to file your NOD. 0 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted March 14, 2015 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted March 14, 2015 I would File NOD...and ask for a DRO Hearing at your local RO....present any new and material evidence from private IMO's /IME's and notarize statements from family and friends about your disability's that render you disable prefer about 8 statements. At a DRO hearing you can sit with the DRO & tell him/her about your disability's and how it effects your daily life&others DRO Hearings are pretty good if you get a understanding DRO ( Pro-Veteran) there usually for the veteran if they can grant due to your medical evidence. ...if your denied you can Appeal and just keep fighting you will win and it gets frustrated along the way but once you get a grant...then you get retro pay back to when you first filed your claim. so hang in there Bud...keep it going if need be! Good Luck! .............Buck!
0 JT24usn
I didn't see this post too. Sounds like the bases are covered. Remember the one year and that will hopefully be ample amount of time time to correct this
