Question

If someone is 100% TDIU and passes away due to sc disability, will education benefits be made available to all dependents under Age 26? As it stands now, I pay Obama care for my spouse. Will they be eligible for CHAMPVA?

Is suicide excluded? Seems ridiculous to think that these benefits are only available should I kill myself but that looks to be the case.

The Veteran must die from a service connected disability or be rated 100 percent permanent and total. That is another negative issue for Individual unemployability. for all benefits to keep going. Listen to Glenn Johnson on our archived radio shows. He explains it all.
