Has Anyone Here Griped About Ebenefits In The Survey Thing?

Question

I griped like hell and told them I mentioned to both Sec Bob and to Ms Hickey Monday, how my stuff disappeared and shows I have no open issues,at all, which I do.

They removed 53 issues I had and now they have 5 put back on the site.

I think I know what happened....as I mentioned here about a month ago the Director of my VARO tried to get me to accept something unacceptable...by phone...

saying my CUE claim was 'done ' and 'over' ..The Hell it is... She forgot I have a NOD that was pending at the time over 900 days.....and she then acknowledged that...

I told via emails to the Sec, ccing the director....I want no more phone calls from my RO unless they have awarded that claim....

The VA rep who called me twice 2 months ago (named in my Sec emails) lied to me too.

I give negative surveys every time I log into eBenefits. Must delete mine.

I have always had hope that Ebenefits would really boost morale and get us out of the Dark Ages, but these days it sure is hard to tell.

I went off on them while taking the surveys. then later I came to my sense. Nothings seems to really change. Just my two cents. Moving on.

As long as many vets remain passive the VA will continue to abuse us. Every time I read DAV magazine and see letters to editor where some vet is praising the VA I want to puke. I come here not to praise the VA, but to bury it. I have disabled vets in my family going back to the Civil War at least and maybe Indian Wars. My father was a disabled vet. My great uncle was gassed in WWI. My Great, Great grandfather and both his brothers were disabled as confederates in the Civil War and it took them about 50 years to a pension of $60 a month. My Civil War CSA members got a pension in 1910 from State of Georgia. You know the USA does not recognize CSA soldiers as veterans.
