When I recover from latest sleep study and really bored or angry I will get out my lawn chair and head for the VAMC. Will I get arrested if I park at the VA while protesting on the sidewalk in front of the VA? I would finally get a spot on "Channel 8 on Your Side" which has done VA complaints before when they cut off the wrong leg or something.
