Then it took OPM about 7 months b4 got final pay many people complain that they get much less in the interim pay, than they expected. I am CSRS, but FERS retirees can expect same interim pay. Glad I had prepared and had 421 hours of AL to sell back. It is worse than calling VA to reach the toll-free OPM retirement services call center.
