My C&P exam doc for TDUI had all my records and did a thorough review of my entire background. Something doesn't seem right. I hope you fight that! Good luck and never give up!

Sorry I don't read text or shorthand!!! I'm sorry but "I feel" that anyone who can't take the time to write out a question, properly, for help, from a volunteer, doesn't deserve "my" valuable time, even though they are a veteran. Just sayin' . . .

Sorry to hear of your issues but without the actual exam notes or denial letter, just too hard to say either way. I will say that I have had over 30 C&Ps in the last 2 years, and the majority of the Exam Docs did not have all of my Records to look over, just used their medical opinion and the evidence that I took with me.

Sorry for the shorthand and text Phillip .I Did not mean to offend you . I am a mother of small children and was trying to ask the question quickly since I heard my infant wake up . I am not a veteran my husband is . I usually don't get more than two minutes to myself at a time .

From what I remember we were not allowed to bring any medical records . That was the policy. Only QTC was allowed to and supposed to provide the medical notes.
